Amity Route Club is a free resource aiming to provide a comprehensive library of Pembrokeshire cycling routes that are available to everyone. We’ve chosen our favourite cycling routes and the best that users have submitted to create a catalogue of rides of varying distance, terrain and difficulty. Catering for all levels of ability and riding preferences this is the place to find your next epic and share your last adventure.
West Is Best
Distance - 37.92mi
Elevation - 649m
Road ride, with some reasonable climbs. Stop at Freshwater West beach and enjoy the wild vista, maybe even a coffee from Get The Boys A Lift in the summer.

Distance - 169.98mi
Elevation - 3823m
Reserved for long sunny days, the true tour of Pembs. Navigating the entire county, a truly epic day in the saddle.

Colby - Stawberry Ln - Bacon & Eggs
Distance - 38.52mi
Elevation - 995m
Nice route with some short sharp climbs and great bacon and eggs at Bubbleton Farm.

Gelli - Gravel - Wet Feet
Distance - 29.35mi
Elevation - 711m
Country lanes, muddy trails and woodland tracks. A few river crossings to wash off the mud, definitely one for the gravel bike.

All terrain ride based around the Landsker Borderlands trail.

Down Red Roses
Distance - 40.04mi
Elevation - 874m
Road ride out to and down Red Roses. Lots of ups and downs on quiet country lanes with a cuppa/ice cream by the sea at Amroth.

St David's Loop
Distance - 69.01mi
Elevation - 1292m
Sticking to lanes and quiet roads with a slightly muddy track through the woods on the return. A great route with a few coffee stop options and a chance to head back earlier if you hit Newgate and the legs aren't playing ball.

Llys y Fran Dam
Distance - 38.51mi
Elevation - 934m
Heading north to Llys-y-fran and around the reservoir on the gravel track. Mix up the ride and have some fun on the trails if you've got the bike and skills. Back through Canaston Woods with a cold beer at Wild Lakes if you're riding in the summer.
